Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all point purchases and premium services made through SEEAT.app ("Service"), operated by SEEAT.app LTD.. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as our Merchant of Record.
2. Refund Window
You may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refund requests submitted after 30 days of purchase will not be eligible.
To request a refund, please contact us at service@seeat.app within the 30-day window with your order details. Approved refunds will be processed by Paddle to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Point Expiry
Points expire 12 months after the date of purchase. Expired points are forfeited and cannot be refunded, extended, or transferred.
4. Paddle as Merchant of Record
Because Paddle.com Market Limited acts as our Merchant of Record, all payment transactions — including any eligible refund processing — are handled by Paddle. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued by Paddle to your original payment method, subject to Paddle's own processing timelines (typically 5–10 business days).
5. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request within the 30-day window, please email service@seeat.app with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your registered email address
- The date of purchase and approximate amount
- Your Paddle order/transaction ID (found in your Paddle receipt email)
- A brief description of the reason for the request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.
6. Payment Disputes
If you believe an unauthorised charge has occurred, please contact us at service@seeat.app before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension pending investigation.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use after the "Last updated" date constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
